Publication of the Preliminary Budget. Following the approval and recommendation of the preliminary Budget by the Finance Committee to the Board of Directors, the Finance Committee shall publish the preliminary Budget in the Community Newsletter and post the preliminary Budget at the office of the Association for a thirty (30) day public comment period. All Members' comments shall be submitted in writing to the Finance Committee.
