2020 Annual Assessments

Penn Estates POA has mailed the 2020 annual assessments invoice. In this package is your invoice, your annual registration form and a 2019 color photo recap. If you have not received your bill, please contact Collections at (570) 421-4265 and we will ensure you receive a new one. The assessments are due on or before January 1, 2020. If you would like to take advantage of the discount, pay in full, no later than December 31, 2019. Installment plan and payment plan is also available, contact Collections for more details.
