Board Vacancy

The Board of Directors is currently accepting letters from Penn Estates residents interested in filling a board vacancy to May 2020.

Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be considered:

 21 years of age or older
 Compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Bylaws and Rules, and who has paid all financial obligations owed to the Association
 Name must appear as a grantee on the recorded deed.
 Must be registered at their Penn Estates to vote in municipal elections
