A Message From Phyllis Haase, Community Manager
Dear Members,
Monroe County’s Covid positivity rate has escalated to a frightening 38.2% as of today’s date, leaving Monroe County with the highest positivity rate in the state.
Effective Thursday, January 7, the Administration Office hours will be Monday – Saturday from 8:00 am -12:00 pm for in-person transactions. Members will continue to be served via phone from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
The first business hour is reserved for senior members, expectant mothers, and those with underlying health concerns. All entering must wear a mask, and entry will be limited to four people at any one time.
As a reminder, you may make payments by calling the administration office at (570) 421-4265, on our website, mail, or by using the drop box located next to the administration building door.
Rest assured that our continued operations on-site and remote are still very active. Public Safety is responding to calls, patrolling, and monitoring the general safety of the community. The Maintenance Department is working on roads and grounds, stormwater management, facility maintenance, and the sanitation of all operational buildings.
The Association does not make any of the decisions mentioned above lightly. These actions are being taken to help protect the health and welfare of the residents and employees of our premier community. We will continue to monitor the stats for the County and keep you informed of amendments to the schedule.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions at (570) 421-4265 or via email at info@pepoa.org or, as always, by contacting me directly at phyllishaase@pepoa.org.
Sincerely,
Phyllis Haase
