Community Center Project Update

Dear Members

We are excited to announce that, due to mother nature cooperating with the weather, we are beginning site improvements to the Community Center earlier than planned.

Over the next month, you will see the installation of additional drainage to the side of the building, a new ADA entrance to the Community Center, an ADA ramp to the eatery, a retaining wall, and the milling and resurfacing of the parking lot.

During construction, the Community Center’s entrance will be relocated to the side door adjacent to the parking lot on February 23 at approximately 8:00 am. Those entering the building will access through the side door and walk through the Multi-Purpose Room to gain entry to the Fitness Center or Oak Room.

Stay tuned for additional improvements planned for 2023.
