Fireworks Prohibited

We want to remind our residents that fireworks are prohibited in the community per our Rules and Regulations and state law.

We greatly appreciate the role of our landlords in maintaining the community’s safety. We ask all landlords to put this notice out to their out-of-town guests as they are able to purchase them as they are “legal” but are not aware they are not allowed to be discharged per law (150’ from any structure and as stated prohibited as per our Rules and Regulations).

Citations issued are the financial responsibility of the owners. We want to emphasize our zero-tolerance policy towards fireworks in the community.
