Swim at Your Own Risk!

Dear members,

As the 2022 aquatic season comes to an end, we would like to thank our dedicated lifeguards. Generally, each year we have a combination of college and high school students; this year, our staff mainly consists of college students who will be leaving us on August 13.

At their August 5 meeting, the board motioned to allow the facilities to remain open until Labor Day as Swim at Your Own Risk. The pool and lake will be unattended “swim-at-your-own- risk” facilities—there will be no lifeguard on duty. The use of the facility is at the sole risk of the individual using the facility. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and care of their minor children and assume all risk(s) in this regard.

Pool attendants will be on staff to check badges and enforce association regulations. Hours of operation of the pools will be 11-7 daily, subject to change pending weather conditions and staffing.
