Swim at Your Own Risk

Pool and Lake Opening 2023

The pool and lake will be unattended “swim at your own risk” facilities – there will be no lifeguard on duty. The use of the facility is at the sole risk of the individual using the facility. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and care of their minor children and assume all risks (s) in this regard.

Attendants will be on staff to check badges and enforce association regulations. Hours of operation will be May 27-29, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, and will be open for daily use beginning June 3 from 11:00 am-7:00 pm daily, subject to change pending weather conditions and staffing.

Those wishing to use the amenities must have a 2023 amenity badge or seasonal pass.
