The Formation of Penn Estates Public Safety Department

Black Knight Security has notified Penn Estates Property Owners Association that they will be leaving our region.

The Board of Directors announced the formation of the Penn Estates Property Owner Association Public Safety Department at their June meeting.

The department will be under the leadership of Anton Toryak, who has been hired as the Chief of Public Safety and comes to us with a master’s degree in Criminology.

The Department of Public Safety staff will receive streamlined and effective training specific to the Association’s governing documents, including policies and procedures Our Public Safety Department will work with federal, state, and local agencies and community organizations to deter suspicious activity within the community.

The transition of duties is estimated to commence at the beginning of October.
